OFFICIAL: Kai Havertz’s Season 𝐎𝐕𝐄𝐑 Due to Hamstring Surgery
Arsenal have officially confirmed that Kai Havertz will miss the rest of the season after sustaining a hamstring injury during a training session in Dubai last week. The German international will now undergo surgery, ruling him out for the remainder of the 2024/25 campaign.
🔴 Arsenal’s Official Statement:
“Kai has sustained a hamstring injury during a training session in Dubai last week. Subsequent assessments and specialist reviews have confirmed that the injury will require surgery, which will take place in the coming days. Soon after surgery, Kai will begin his recovery programme, which is expected to extend into pre-season for the 2025/26 season.”
This is a major blow for Mikel Arteta’s squad, as Havertz has been an integral part of Arsenal’s midfield this season. The German’s absence could force Arteta to reshuffle his tactics and rely on alternatives in the crucial final stretch of the season.
Despite the setback, Arsenal fans will be hoping for a speedy recovery for Havertz as he begins his rehabilitation process.
Get well soon, Kai! ❤️✊🏻
