Super Eagles Reject NFF Bonus Offer, Demand $30,000 Per Win

The Super Eagles have reportedly demanded a special bonus of $30,000 per win, sparking a fresh dispute with the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF).

According to reports, the NFF countered the players’ demand by maintaining the usual $10,000 per win, while proposing additional performance-based incentives — $30,000 per goal against Gabon and $50,000 per goal in the playoff final.

However, the players rejected the offer, insisting that other nations involved in the playoff have already reached special bonus agreements with their teams.

Meanwhile, coach Eric Sékou Chelle, some team officials, and a few players are said to be against the protest, urging the squad to focus on their upcoming matches rather than off-field issues.

This situation adds tension to the Super Eagles’ camp ahead of their crucial fixtures, with fans urging both sides to find a quick resolution for the sake of national pride. 🇳🇬💚
