Arsenal Stun Real Madrid with 3-0 Masterclass at the Emirates

What a night at the Emirates!

Arsenal delivered a breathtaking performance on Tuesday night, sweeping aside Real Madrid 3-0 in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League quarter-final clash.

After a tense first half, the floodgates opened in the 57th minute when Declan Rice curled in a stunning free kick that left the Madrid goalkeeper rooted. The Emirates erupted — and it wouldn’t be the last time Rice lit up the night.

Just 12 minutes later, he did it again. Another free kick, same top-corner magic. Rice proved he’s more than just a midfield powerhouse — he’s a set-piece specialist now, too.

As if that wasn’t enough, Mikel Merino added a third in the 74th minute, giving Arsenal a commanding lead heading into the second leg at the Santiago Bernabéu.

With solid defending, tactical brilliance from Mikel Arteta, and a home crowd behind them, the Gunners are dreaming big. Could this finally be their year?
